We understand that unexpected delays can be frustrating and interrupt your staff productivity. DIS has the latest technology in place to quickly restore functionality with minimal, if any, effort required by your staff.
Our responsive Customer Support team is located in Mississauga, ON and operates 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, should you need us. Over half of our Support team have achieved certification in industry-recognized Help Desk training.
