Our responsive Customer Support team is located in Mississauga, ON and operates 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, should you need us. Over half of our Support team have achieved certification in industry-recognized Help Desk training.

If your dealership environment is similar to most, it is very hard to enable employees to escape from the daily routines to take advantage of additional training, even knowing that this would make them more productive! DIS training helps to solve this problem by delivering our high-quality software training to your personnel with minimal business interruption. We providing accessible training opportunities to our users through a wide range of solutions. Training can be provided in one of three ways:

  1. Remotely via live interactive web training
  2. In traditional classroom setting at our DIS Office
  3. On-site at your dealership
