Business Systems Support

The DIS Help Desk provides operative technical software support to customers under a current software subscription agreement. Support coverage is for all modules DIS delivers. In addition to our Toll Free Support Helpdesk our customers receive:

  • Perpetual DIS Business System software enhancements to your licensed products
  • Annual Financial Statement Changes
  • All Required Canadian Government Tax and Payroll Changes

Showroom Support

The DIS Help Desk provides operative technical software support for DIS Showroom Management. A monthly support fee provide you with:

  • Perpetual DIS Showroom System software enhancements to your licensed products
  • Comprehensive form modifications
  • Annual Canadian Government Tax Changes
  • Toll Free Telephone Support

Hardware Support

DIS Limited provides an additional level of support for the servers and hardware we provide for use with our DIS Business System and Showroom software applications. From our Support Helpdesk we can remotely monitor, diagnose and identify HW issues before they become a serious issue for our customers. This higher level of support is available for customers to subscribe to as additional to your standard DIS support. Contact your DIS account manager for more information.


Media / Communication Services

Manufacturer parts price tapes and information interfaces are a part of the complete integration with your DIS software applications. DIS provides our customers a turnkey support offering to manage for our customers all communications interfaces and supply monthly all necessary media updates.


Network Support Services

DIS Limited provides comprehensive application training on the complete suite of software products we provide. With any new system installation we package our training as part of the turnkey installation process completed at your dealership. However, over time you may have a need to train new employees, or simply wish to better utilize the rich functionality available within your DIS system. Our Support Helpdesk can schedule training courses at your dealership location, at our main office, or via an internet seminar, whichever best meets your needs.


Application Training

The DIS Help Desk can also provide clients an option to subscribe for Network Support Services. In addition to the support we provide for DIS Software, dealerships can extend this support to include the physical network, your PC hardware and third party software. This service includes system trouble shooting, problem diagnosis, and interfacing with vendors to resolve the issue at hand. The service can also be used to help recommend new solutions options or plan for your network expansion needs. Contact your DIS account manager for more information.
