SERVICE OPERATIONS


Our Service Operations Module is providing the most comprehensive set of tools for the fixed-operations department, ensuring this profit center is indeed made more profitable. With simple data access procedures to identify the customer, their vehicles and their maintenance recommendations, all quickly and professionally time spent preparing a work order is significantly reduced. When with a customer your staff has the complete customer history always available to view on screen or print, as well any customer notes are instantly shown to staff as alerts.

The comprehensive service processes provided are all modular and highly configurable ensuring the system can adapt to your service centre processes and operations needs.

The service centre is a crucial point of continual customer contact so having staff capture address changes, satisfaction ratings, or campaign results into the system quickly and easily is a core design of the system. SERVICE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)


A good CRM process is the key to retaining customers and increasing sales. The DIS Dealer Business System provides an integrated CRM approach where CRM functionality is included in every module of the system, and is tailored for the specific type of interaction with the customer at that time. PARTS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT


The Parts Inventory Management module defines an overall parts stocking strategy by tracking all parts sales, demand and purchases enabling you to achieve higher inventory turnover. The system works to optimize your inventory investment through a classification of parts to establish your best stocking levels and reorder points. Overall dealerships operate with less inventory on hand, reduced special orders and improved fill rates with your customers.

ACCOUNTING


The Dealer Business System V4 - Accounting is a major functional module of the integrated system. As part of an integrated system, the transactions which occur in other departments, Point of Sale, Parts Inventory, and Service, are automatically posted to the General Ledger.

Some major features include support for unlimited subsidiary journals, automatic error checking to ensure balance and transaction entry validation. A core design principle of the Dealer Business System V4 - Accounting is the ability to support multiple departments, division and companies all in one financial system permitting the growing dealer group to run a single system for all their dealership locations.
